The Whimsical Crispie Co. prides itself on baking fresh to order. Orders are ready to ship the next day after your order is placed >  Monday - Friday. ( Delivery not available Saturday or Sunday or Statutory holidays by couriers)

Delivery time depends on the destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout. Tracking details are sent to you via email once your order is shipped. (We ship Canada-wide in CDN $; distance charges could apply).

Shipping Delays due to Inclement Weather or Statutory Holidays
Due to Inclement Weather or Statutory Holidays,  shipping couriers are NOT ALWAYS ABLE to honour delivery guarantees. Unfortunately, shipping delays are not under our control. We do make every effort to ship each order out as soon as possible to allow a few extra days for your package to reach its destination.

If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us to see if there’s anything we can do! 

Your Crispies are individually food-safe cello wrapped and boxed. Some crispies can be super sticky with marshmallow topping, so you may receive some crispies with a removable plastic riser inside to protect the ooey-gooey goodness from sticking to your cello wrap. Your custom order is picked and packed in a heavy-duty mailer box, and inserted in a padded box for extra protection. Each mailer box is wrapped with a decorative sleeve. Boxes are not packed with pricing, as many orders may be gifts.

Customer’s Responsibility

• It is the customers' responsibility to enter accurate and complete address details at checkout to desired delivery location. The Whimsical Crispie Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided.
• Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees required due to any changes in delivery from the original destination or delivery method selected at checkout. 
• Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to resend orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses or recipients not receiving or picking up their orders when held at the couriers' pickup facilities.
