When will receive my order?
We ‘crispie’ (a verb) fresh every week to order and hand-pack in our facility in Toronto, Canada. All orders received by Friday 11:59pm will be baked Saturday & Sundays. Courier pick up Mondays. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for details.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order is shipped.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
The Whimsical Crispie Co. offers a 15-Day Happiness Guarantee for new customers to try our products risk-free!
Other refunds may be extended in certain circumstances pending our quality review and approval.

Can I change or cancel my order?
In order to promptly deliver our crispies as fresh as possible, order processing starts almost immediately (during business hours) once you have submitted your order.
An order cannot be cancelled or changed after Friday - 12pm

How do I redeem a promo code?
To redeem your promo code, please enter the code on the checkout page (after entering shipping/billing info) and click "apply". Note that promo codes cannot be combined. Only one promo code may be used at a time.
Help! My Promo Code is not working
Here are a few reasons why your code might not be working:
- Your subtotal (BEFORE tax, shipping charges) does not meet the minimum threshold to use the code.
- The code is no longer valid past its expiry date.
- The coupon code may be one-time use only, so cannot be used again if you have already used it in a previous order.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) via our secure online checkout. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay (previously Shopify Pay). By default, all transactions are charged in Canadian Dollars.
Note: We are currently only shipping in Canada.
I have an allergy – what can I choose?
Allergen Disclaimer (Allergens): Attention customers with food allergies. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend you avoid our rice crispies. Our production facility handles food that contains dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish. While we do sterilize our production and packaging surfaces, there however may be traces of these allergens in any of our products.
What is the shelf life of a crispy rice treat?
Our products are meant to be eaten quickly and are best kept in an air-tight container at room temperature. We don’t recommend refrigeration as that can make them soggy. There is real butter in our products, which are room temperature safe (stored in air-tight container) when eaten within 7 days.
You can also microwave for a few seconds (5-10 depending on your microwave) to make them gooey-er if desired. (Not Chocolate toppings – they melt)
Can I freeze my treat?
YES! You can freeze rice crispie treats for up to 3 months. Wrap in parchment paper (so they don’t stick), then tightly wrap in plastic wrap, then tin foil.
To thaw, simply remove from freezer, unwrap and let them sit at room temperature. Within an hour they should be ready to devour.
